Kathleen Dilegge

My name is Kathleen DiLegge and I am the Operations Manager at Cazle Mortgage.  I have worked for Cazle Mortgage for over 23 years, touching every loan file to assure that it closes on time.  I also serve as a licensed mortgage loan originator, working closely with families and individuals to help make their dreams of homeownership come true. 

Prior to my experience in the mortgage industry, I started my own business catching and selling live Maryland crabs at the age of 14. I also volunteered as a firefighter-EMT.  Baltimore has always been home to me, and I am grateful to continue serving the community in a different capacity as the Operation Manager. I truly believe that the quality of our internal operations is the driver behind our record closing times and repeat clientele. 

Years ago, I was given some advice that I still adhere to today, " always be willing to keep learning." What I love about Cazle Mortgage is that every single employee, whether part of  the loan origination, loan processing, loan underwriting, or the CEO, encompass this philosophy of learning. Our partners are constantly evolving to provide clients with better, more efficient service. Here at Cazle, we will never settle for good enough because we understand that the market is elusive and ever-growing. 

The mortgage industry allows me the opportunity to support the local community by educating clients and reinforcing the financial benefits of home ownership.  I want to lead by example for my two boys, Max and Landon, to show them there is no greater gift than the gift of helping others. I will always strive to keep learning, keep teaching, and keep supporting customer's home ownership dreams.
